We curate and list third-party tools, and allow users to submit, browse, and share information about AI products. We are a directory and information platform, and we do not operate, own, or control the third-party tools listed on the Website unless expressly stated otherwise.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you have the full right, power, and authority to enter into and comply with these Terms.
To access certain features, such as submitting tools, managing listings, or making purchases, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.1. You may submit tools, descriptions, links, images, and other content (collectively, "User Content") to the Service.

5.1. ToolHuntly offers various listing and promotional plans, including a free plan and paid plans (such as Pro and Sponsor), as described on our Pricing page. Plan availability, features, and prices may change from time to time at our sole discretion.
5.2. The free plan requires you to place a backlink to ToolHuntly on your own website, as set out on the Pricing page. Failure to maintain such backlink may result in the removal or deprioritization of your listing.
5.3. Paid plans are billed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe) on a recurring or one-time basis as indicated at checkout. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees using the payment method you provide.
5.4. All payments are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. Refunds or credits may be granted in our sole discretion.
5.5. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. We may adjust prices at any time; any price changes will apply to future billing cycles where applicable.
6.1. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated.
6.2. We may suspend or terminate your account, listings, or access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including for violation of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
6.3. Upon termination, the licenses granted to us in Section 4 will continue to apply to any User Content already submitted, to the extent necessary for us to operate the Service.
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, software, and all other materials not provided by users, is owned by ToolHuntly or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent. All third-party trademarks and tool names belong to their respective owners.
The Service contains links to and information about third-party websites and tools. We do not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, products, services, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party websites.
